The only thing that could have been done better is for the outside faucet cover to have been put back over the faucet before they left. They left it lying on the ground and I just happened to go outside and see it. Service people need to remember that they need to put things back the way they found them after the work is completed...attention to details is important. I also had to ask Adam to sweep the puddle of water out of the garage and he should have done that without being asked to do it. Again, attention to details.

We had a persnickety toilet clog. On a late Sunday night I setup an online appointment for Monday morning. They called when they were on their way. Once they arrived, they used an augur to push through whatever was blocking the water. It took about ten minutes to clear it up and verify the flow. It was well worth the call.
Tristen was extremely nice and professional. He explained everything to me so I knew what to expect during the process of replacing the water heater.
When we had an unexpected pipe leak New Years Day they were out first thing the next morning and got everything fixed quickly and proficiently. Would highly recommend!
