diagnositc summary:Tech inspected customers water meter. Tech found that the meter dial spins backwards and then forward. This is an issue because we cannot inspect the meter to see if there is an active leak. Tech inspected all three toilets in the home. The toilets are from 1963. Although they are old, they have had the flappers and fill valves replaced. Tech shut off the water going to each toilet. Tech turned the toilets back on after 30 minutes to see if the fill valve would turn on filling the toilet tanks up with water. The fill valves did not turn on so there is no leak with the toilet tank. Tech inspected both water heaters and found no water coming out of the temperature and pressure relief valves. Tech inspected all faucets in the home. In the master bath left sink faucet, there was a drip forming on the faucet from the aerator. It was not dripping, it was forming a drip. Tech inspected hose bibs and found no water dripping out. The customer has a old galvanized main water
tech rebuild toilet tank and replaced toilet shut off valve in the upstairs hall bathroom. tech flushed toilet multiple times to inspect for leaks. no leaks found.one year warranty on services provided on the toilet in the upstairs hall bath.
