Greenville has some of the most varied housing in the Upstate, and the plumbing changes from street to street. Homes in North Main, Augusta Road, Alta Vista and Overbrook were often built between the 1920s and 1960s, many with cast iron drains under the house and galvanized steel supply lines that rust from the inside. Neighborhoods built in the 1970s through the mid 1990s, like parts of Botany Woods and Parkins Mill, can still have polybutylene supply pipe. Newer homes around Verdae and the Woodruff Road corridor mostly have PEX and PVC, where the common calls are water heaters, fixtures and clogged drains rather than failing pipe.
Most Greenville homes sit on crawl spaces over red clay, which holds moisture and moves with the seasons. That is hard on older drain joints and supply fittings, and it is why we look under the house on so many calls. When a problem is bigger than one repair, like repiping a galvanized house or replacing a sewer line full of roots from mature oaks, we lay out the options with written prices before anything starts.
We work across the city and the surrounding area, including:

Most homes in and around the city get their water from Greenville Water, which draws from the Table Rock and North Saluda reservoirs in the mountains and from Lake Keowee. It is known for very high quality, which is easy on water heaters and fixtures.
Greenville Water owns the line up to your meter. The line from the meter to your house is yours, and that is where we come in for leaks and main water line repair. On the sewer side, wastewater across most of Greenville County is treated by ReWa, and the local sewer mains are run by the City of Greenville or MetroConnects depending on where you live. The private sewer lateral from your house out to the main is generally the homeowner’s, and it is the part we inspect, clear and repair.

Daniel Styles did a great job of explaining the work to be completed with options at different price points!
Mr Styles was outstanding. Very thorough and very professional. I truly appreciated his candor and expertise.
Good assessment of the issue – gave different options – completely work quickly with high quality – work area looked like they had never been there at the end. Office staff was excellent with communication for the service call.
