Tristan was professional & listened well. He asked good questions & made a thorough assessment of the situation before explaining various options. He was personal & willing to be creative in how each option could be accomplished. I have dealt with many service men giving estimates. Tristan wasn't conducting himself as a salesman, but as an experienced service man explaining requirements of different possibilities. He took his time to discuss comparisons of how options could play out over time. The price fell within range of what I had expected, I only wish the fiance option had a little better rate. After talking with Brandon and Stephanie in the office, and now Tristan, my assessment is that I'm dealing with an honest company with excellent field employees, meaning excellent work.
