First of all service was awesome, immediate response, installation and communication. Same morning replacement of water heater with a premium brand. Fast, clean, great……and very expensive. The water heater price was not itemized on the invoice, which is not OK. Based on the upper end cost of what I found on the internet for the same model (<$1,300), the 3 hours of labor including both the trip charge and transporting the new water heater was more than $800 per hour. Granted, I was given an estimate up front but I was in a time crunch or I would have probably gone elsewhere. Even if I double my estimated cost of the water heater, labor would come out to $400 per hour. That doesn’t quite equate to the company name. Shame on me for not shopping but it was a time crunch. Anyway, glad to have hot water for my family and the installation looks to be great.
