Tristan was pointed out possible issues and advised about pressure on water heater.. Thanks for information and advice
1. Water pressure in the home is above 80psi. This is considered high water pressure by code. High water pressure negatively impacts the entire p.umbing system. This is especially true for plumbing fixtures and appliances connected to the plumbing system.2. There are 16 push pull stops in the home. These are builder grade products that are know to fail when needed most which is in the case of an emergency. The supply line that is attached to these valid is factory cramped on and cannot be replaced.3. The 3 shower valves in the home are tough to turn and one of them is not consistent in its turn. This indicates the need for the valve to rebuilt.- In order to address the issues listed above, we will:1. Replace pressure reducing valve and set the water pressure to 70 psi.2. Collin came to do an inspection to see the potential plumbing needs. He pointed out several areas, but one was critical. I was able to schedule the appointment for within two days. Collin came on time and performed the work in a satisfactory manner. Of particular note, Collin was personable and at no time did I feel pressure to get work done that could wait. I appreciate that immensely.
