Great service, but with high price.

water heater is leaking from the bottom. The water heater pan was not installed properly when the water was installed back in 2013. Tech put bucket under water heater pan to catch dripping water. Tech provided estimate to replace heater and bring everything to code. Tech shut off gas to the heater and the water incoming to the heater so customer can still use cold water in the home.
Remove old laundry sink faucet and replace with a kitchen sink style faucet with a pull out sprayer.Also perform a water heater flush.
Run submersible pump to clear existing standing water from crawlspace. Once a technician can safely enter the crawlspace, we will go to the water line leak and assess damages.
We will need to cut out a section of 1/2 gas piping underneath to be able to remove cut off. Once new cut off is in place we will need to disconnect gas meter and install a pressure gauge. We will then need to perform an air test on gas line to check for anymore leaks. If there are anymore leaks we will need to address those. If not and the pressure maintains. Then we will call in for inspection. Once inspection passes and the lock is removed we will come back to hook meter back up and turn gas on.

Existing PRV was leaking. Tech replaced prv and adjust psi to 72. Tech performed a safety inspection to check for any issues around the home. Tech informed customer and filled out safety form about a few things he can do to prevent leaks, and to maintain his water heater.

Secure water at meter and expose connection. Excavate concrete next to water heater in a 2 foot square. Bore new water line from meter to back garage wall with 3/4" pex. Install new shut off valve and new pressure regulating valve. Calibrate home Pressure to below 70 psi as per company policy with homes plumbed in CPVC. Steve pex and replace concrete to rough finish. Connect pex to home plumbing. Return water pressure and check for leaks and proper functionality.

We had a persnickety toilet clog. On a late Sunday night I setup an online appointment for Monday morning. They called when they were on their way. Once they arrived, they used an augur to push through whatever was blocking the water. It took about ten minutes to clear it up and verify the flow. It was well worth the call.
