tech inspected all toilets and plumbing inside home. Tech tested water pressure inside home at the water heater. The home water pressure is 60 psi. Customer stated that the toilets sound like they run and dont shut off. Tech inspected inside all toilet tanks and found that the water level was too high which can cause water to constantly flow into the overflow tube inside the toilet. This would cause the water level to drop inside the tank and turn on the fill valve.Tech provided different options for toilet replacement in 3 bathrooms.Customer stated that duke energy was outside around their meter box. Tech found a broken irrigation box and that the meter box had been covered by dirt. Tech found meter to inspect home for any leaks.

After clearing the line during my previous visit we concluded that the issue was cause by a “soft” blockage. This is likely the result of years of use and potentially cooking grease and the use of products such as “Draino”.We are unable to clean the drain pipe with a cabled machine. To do this we will need to run a jetting machine. This machine will clear all of the build up in the line in order to prevent future back ups.- This price is to run the jetting machine from the upstairs kitchen drain in order to clear the line of buildup that could cause another blockage. We will need to remove the kitchen sink plumbing to complete this job.Tech flushed out kitchen drain line using the hydrojetter. tech turned on kitchen sink faucet for 10 minutes testing the drain. No other back ups occurred.

install new roman tub valve from underneath in kitchen area. cut drywall to make access into ceiling space below the tub. Install a new chrome roman tub valve. Install a new tub strainer and a new overflow gasket with a new bracket.Ethical plumbing is not responsible for any drywall repairs or replacementInstall a new 3/4 prv inside garage. Techs tested pressure and found it to be between 120-130 psi.roman tub faucet was leaking on top of the tub as well as down below. tech found water coming down the pex water piping as the roman tub valve was being used.

The only thing that could have been done better is for the outside faucet cover to have been put back over the faucet before they left. They left it lying on the ground and I just happened to go outside and see it. Service people need to remember that they need to put things back the way they found them after the work is completed...attention to details is important. I also had to ask Adam to sweep the puddle of water out of the garage and he should have done that without being asked to do it. Again, attention to details.
