Tech pull toilet to sned camera down the line to be able to locate where the blockage is the blockage is 176 feet in the pipe and the sewer lateral runs behind the customers house on the right. Tech looked for any cleeanours that would make snaking or hydrojetting possible. No cleanouts were found anywhere. Tech advised that we would need to install a cleanout to gain access to the clog. Per code there should be one cleanout every 100 feet of pipe.Tech advised that if we dig up the spot of the clog, we may charge more if the work is more extensive.Customer did not want to pursue any of the options at the moment. Customer did not want Tech to reset the toilet. The drywall was damaged before Tech got to the Home.
