Customer supplied toiletWe were called out for a leaking toilet. After taking a look at the toilet we found a leak at the base of the toilet and on the right hand side tank to bowl bolt. This indicates a failed wax seal and a bad gasket in the tank to bowl bolt. The angle stop is also older (looks original) and would be good practice to have this replaced so it can be shut off in emergency.Toilet Installation (Customer Supplied) Disconnect and Remove the Existing Toilet Inspect and Clean the Flange Assemble and Install the New Toilet Test for Proper Function*if flange needs repair, the price will need to be adjusted accordingly or work cannot be warrantied*
