1. The homes water lines are original to the home making them over well over 50 years old.a. The water lines have heavy corrosion and signs of pin hole leaks that have started and closed on themselves due to corrosion. Some of these spots are wet to the touch and are forming droplets.b. The home is piped in 1/2" copper. This reduces the flow and perceived pressure that the customer receives at the point of use.c. The average service life of "type M" copper is 50 years. The afe of these pipes exceed the expected service life.2. The toilet in the half bath is original to the home and has a weak flush.3. The toilet in the hall bath is loose to the floor and has a stain around the base.4. The supp.y lines on the washer are plain black rubber hoses. These are known to fail and potentially cause water damage. We recommend replacing them with steel braided supply lines.- In order to address most of the issues listed above, we will:2. tech inspected leak udner the master shower. Tech sprayed water on all surfaces of the shower and could not develop a leak. Tech told customer to keep an eye on the right side of the shower door where the hinges are. There is a small gap between the shower door and the tile where the water could leak out. Tech inspected inside the shower wall to see if there is any moisture build up and tech did not see any moisture inside wall.Tech advised that there should be a bracket that the shower valve is attached to so that it is not loose inside of wall. If the shower pan or wall is leaking, then it is a tile issue and not a plumbing issue if the drain or shower valve is not showing any signs of leaks. Tech provided options for a fiber glass enclosure.

You were late to the job site because your staff is not reliable. Pricing was not transparent. We had to pay an $89 service fee to get an estimate of $496 to install a one-piece kitchen faucet that WE purchased. Why do service professionals not just tell customers that simple installations start at $$$, if it gets more complicated the price will increase. The average cost for a complicated install is $$$. Yours could be more or less. I can make an informed decision with the proper information ahead of time. Otherwise, we are wasting each other's time.
