This estimate is to replace the flush valve stop located on the men's toilet. To do this, technicians will need to turn the water off to that restroom and will need to drain the system. A new stop will be installed and flush valve will also be rebuilt. The urinal on the left hand side will also need to have the flush valve rebuilt with a new diaphragm and vacuum breaker. After both items have been replaced and rebuilt, technicians will turn water back on to restroom and will thoroughly test to ensure no leaks and proper functionality Technicians rebuilt urinal flush valve and replaced stop on water closet flush valve in men's restroom. Tested after with no further leaking or issues. Advised that the urinal stop is leaking but Technicians were able to repair with no warranty and may need to replace stop late on.
I spoke with customer about replacing toilets and doing a camera inspection once toilets are pulled to insure the sewer line has no abstractions, also will give customer a qoute to install pressure reducer which the house does not have one

tech installed a new 47 gallon electric low boy water heater. The previous water heater was 21 years old and leaking. Tech checked water pressure and found the pressure to be 95 psi. Tech installed a new pressure regulator inside crawl space. Tech pressurized water heater with water and checked for leaks. Tech found no leaks. Tech made sure water heater was heating before leaving.Maintnence: water heater should be flushed every year and anode rod should be replaced every 5 years.

Customer woukd like an ice maker line installed. The line will come from the cold side shut off underneath kitchen sink, and run behind the cabinet Space. It will pass behind the dishwasher and stove. Not Stressful
We had Scott over today to do maintenance on our tankless water heater and to look a some other issues we have. He did a very professional job with the tankless water heater and left the area looking just like he found it. He made several other recommendations based on observations he made of our water and gas lines. We are very happy with his professionalism and with the work he did. We will definitely be brining him back for additional work as we need it. It’s not easy finding good service people these days so we feel very fortunate to have found Scott and Ethical Plumbing.
I can't recommend Ethical Plumbing enough! They were prompt, professional, and went above and beyond to fix my issue. The quality of their work was outstanding, and their attention to detail really impressed me. It's rare to find such reliable service these days—I'll definitely be calling them again for any future needs! This was a pretty big job boring a new main water line that had to go under the driveway and also the garage floor. Water was back on by end of day with no leaks.
