tech inspected home for sewer clog. Customer stated that the toilets were backing up as well as the shower and tub. Tech tried to find a sewer cleanout in the front yard to see if the clog was on the main sewer line. Tech was unable to find main sewer clean out and informed the customer that we would have to pull the toilet to do any sewer cleaning and inspection. There is a big tree in the front yard with roots spanning across the property. Customer said that they were on city sewer. There is a 4" pipe coming out of the ground on the left side of the porch but it is for the water shut off for the home.

tech inspected customers electric water heater. The old water heater was leaking from the lower element area. Tech tested pressure on the house and found that the pressure was coming in at 105 psi. Tech advised that the tank could have started leaking from the excessive pressure incoming to the home. Tech gave an estimate for a new 50 gallon electric water heater and a new pressure regulator.Techs installed new 50 gallon electric water heater and a new pressure regulator. Tech pressurized the system with water and tested for leaks. Tech rechecked the pressure and it is set to 70 psi.No leaks found before departure. Techs made sure that the water was getting hot before leaving.
